About Us – Little Sunshine Enrichment

Meet Ms. Alexa

Head Educator at Little Sunshine Enrichment

Alexa Cabrera moved to Connecticut with her husband, who is a professional in the aviation industry, and their first-born son in 2018. Alexa has a B.S. in Communication Disorders with training in Early Childhood Education. Though experienced in working with children for many years as a teacher's assistant and then a preschool teacher, what really ignited Alexa’s desire to open Little Sunshine Enrichment were her sons. She loves being creative and using moments of exploration and discovery to teach. Her hope is to instill a love for learning in every little person that takes classes with her.

“I love seeing the faces of little children as they are in the midst of exploration and discovery. I live to experience those moments with my boys and I hope that I can continue experiencing such special moments with every little sunshine that joins the Little Sunshine Enrichment community!”
